Arkadaşlar 4.2.1'e restore edemiyorum. iTUNES ile firmware 4.2.1'i restore ederken ilk başta güzelce yazılımı yüklüyor, iphone'daki kutucuk doluyor, sonuna doğru "Firmware Restoring" kısmında kesiliyor ve aşağıdaki hatayı veriyor. Sonrada kapanıp açılıyor ve Recovery Mode'a düşüyor. Şu restore işlemini düzgün olarak bir tamamlasam gerisini halledeceğim ama sonuna gelince (Firmware Restoring) hata veriyor.

UPDATE: Do not update to 4.2.1 for the baseband protection. TinyUmbrella is no longer able to kick you out of recovery for that version. TinyUmbrella still works for prior versions and will be able to restore and kick you out of recovery for those versions but 4.2.1 has a baseband version check that will stop your device from booting if your baseband was not updated.

Eger yuklemek istedigin custom FW ise , baseband koruyarak , bir ustteki mesaj sebeptir.

Eger orjinal FW ise , baska bilgisayarda dene.

Bu programla recovery moddan çıkardıktan sonra telefonun kablosunu çıkar itunesi açıp telefonu tekrar bağla. Aktivasyon olup sorun kalmayacaktır.

After some trial and error, I have managed to solve this problem, it may sound a bit ridiculous, instead of restoring to custom 4.2.1, I have restored it to 4.1 stock firmware (iPhone1,2_4.1_8B117_Restore.ipsw) and after the restore, you will still get 1015 error, but miraculously the recovery mode logo has changed if you observe properly, just ignore the error and use either recboot or iREB-4.0.x-4.1-RC2 to kick the phone out of recovery mode, the restoring bar will start again and wait until finish, you will get an Iphone with firmware 4.1 and baseband 6.15, use redsn0w to jailbreak and ultrasn0w to unlock. I have solved my Iphone 3G with this method, other models have not been tested, use this method on your own risk, hope can help those in deep misery now. Enjoy
